At Posheedah, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene.
No Refunds
All orders are final and we do not offer refunds. We kindly request you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Exchange Eligibility
If you have received an incorrect item or wish to exchange your purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and undamaged
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- The Order ID or proof of purchase is provided
Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to the intimate nature of our products and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be exchanged:
- Panties
- Babydolls
- Bodysuits
- Any lingerie set that includes panties
- Silicone bras
- Accessories
Exchange Process
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange request.
- Send the item back to us in its original condition with all tags intact.
- Once the item is received and inspected, the replacement will be dispatched.
Out-of-Stock Items
If the requested exchange item is unavailable:
- A store credit (coupon) will be issued
- Courier charges will be deducted
- The coupon will be valid for 1 month
